The INTEGRA IWS-1400 2-FT KL air classifier is the professional system with the largest performance spectrum in the medium grain size range from 8 to 45 mm.
As a so-called “semi-mobile system”, flexible relocation is guaranteed at any time, with all the advantages and static conditions of a permanently installed system.
The INTEGRA IWS-1400 2-FT KL is designed for a high throughput rate of 130 t/h with an oversize grain separation of 300 mm edge length and a purity of almost 99 %.
The main areas of application for the INTEGRA IWS-1400 2-FT KL are: Construction waste, slag, residual waste, mixed construction waste, substitute fuels, electrical scrap and track ballast.

The 160 kVA generator set from Brinkmann & Niemeijer from 2020 was used for the demonstration and rental of windsifters and dosing bunkers.
The 180 hp 6-cylinder engine runs reliably even under difficult conditions.
With a tank capacity of 450 liters, the unit is self-sufficient for a long time.
The INTEGRA IWS-1800 M is the flagship of the air separator series and is designed for maximum throughput rates.
Throughput rates of 160-180 t/h are possible with an oversize grain separation of 300 mm edge length and a purity of almost 99 %.
The main areas of application for the INTEGRA IWS-1800 M are: Construction waste, slag, residual waste, mixed construction waste, substitute fuels, electrical scrap and track ballast.

The mobile conveyor belt with a belt width of 1000 mm and a center distance of 7000 mm can be used universally.
The height-adjustable support feet can be adapted to suit the application. The Y-slope conveyor belt with 32 mm cleat heights allows bulk materials to be conveyed at inclines of up to 35° without any problems. The conveyor belt can therefore be used as a stockpile belt or as a transfer belt, for example. With a drive power of 3 kW, approx. 100 t/h (at a density of 1.1 t/m³) of material can be moved at full capacity.
As an option, the conveyor belt can be equipped with a magnetic drum and a VA chute to separate ferrous metals from the material flow.
